At Home Sessions Store, we place great importance on delivering your orders to you as quickly as possible and in the best condition. We work with reliable shipping companies to ensure our products arrive safely at your doorstep.
1. Shipping and Delivery Options

Local Delivery (Riyadh)
- Delivery time: 1-5 business days from the order shipment date
- Available for Riyadh only
- Free service for orders over 500 SAR
- Same-day or next-day delivery
- Available for orders confirmed before 2 PM

Standard Shipping (All Cities, Weight: 1 kg - 100 kg)
- Delivery time: 3-7 business days from the order shipment date
- Available for all major cities.

Service fee based on weight: 1 kg to 100 kg: 30 SAR, 101 kg to 200 kg: 100 SAR
- Available for orders confirmed before 2 PM
Does not include large, heavy sofas and couches.

Heavy Shipping (All cities based on weight: 201 kg - 1,000 kg)
- Delivery time: 4-8 business days from the order shipment date
- Available for all major cities only

Service fees based on weight: 201 kg to 300 kg: 400 SAR - 301 kg to 700 kg: 800 SAR - 701 kg to 30,000 kg: 1,200 SAR
- Available for confirmed orders before 2 PM.

2. Shipping Costs

Fees Structure:
- Within Riyadh: Free for orders over 500 SAR, 25 SAR for orders under
- Major cities: 35 SAR for standard shipping, 60 SAR for express shipping
- Remote areas: 50 SAR for standard shipping
Large items (seats): Additional fees depending on size and weight

Special Offers:
- Free shipping for orders over 500 SAR, Riyadh only

- Free shipping offers on special occasions and holidays
Special discounts for distinguished customers

Important Notes:
- Final shipping fees are displayed on the checkout page
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in the case of a store error)

3. Shipping Time

Order Processing:
- Available Products: 1-2 business days
- Custom Products: 3-5 business days
- Custom Products: 7-14 business days

Shipping Time:
- Starts after the order is delivered to the shipping company
- Varies depending on the chosen shipping type
- Excludes Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays

Business Days:
- Sunday to Thursday
- Business Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
- We do not ship on public holidays and holidays

4. Order Tracking

Tracking Service:
- Confirmation message upon order shipment
- Tracking number via email and text message
- Continuous updates on shipment status
- Notification 24 hours before delivery

5. Delivery Process

Delivery Conditions:
- An adult must be present to receive the order.
- Inspect the products in front of the representative.
- Sign the receipt.
- Pay the amount due (in case of cash on delivery).

Delivery Attempts:
- 3 free delivery attempts.
- Rescheduling delivery upon request.
- Return the shipment to the store after failed attempts.
- Return shipping fees are borne by the customer.

6. Areas Covered by Service

Available Areas:
- All regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Major cities and governorates.
- Villages and remote areas (additional fees)

Areas Not Covered:
- Restricted border areas.
- Areas not reached by shipping companies.
- We will notify you if delivery is not possible.

7. Problem Handling

Damaged Products:
- Immediate notification within 24 hours of receipt.
- Attach photos of the product and packaging.
- Immediate replacement or full refund.
- We bear the costs of return and replacement.

Lost Orders:
- Immediate investigation with the shipping company.
- Full compensation in case of loss.

- Compensation or discount on the next order
- Free cancellation in case of extended delays

8. Customer Responsibilities

Shipping Information:
- Enter a correct and detailed address
- Correct and available phone number
- Specify appropriate pickup times
- Notify any changes to the information

Receipt:
- Be on time
- Inspect products before signing
- Report any problems immediately
- Pay dues (upon receipt)

- Technical problems with shipping companies
- Exceptional security conditions

In these cases:

- Free rescheduling
